Digital print microfiber bedding fabric is produced using inkjet-based digital printing technology, in which print heads deposit colorant droplets directly onto the fabric surface with precision controlled at the individual pixel level, guided by digital design files without the need for physical printing screens or engraved rollers. The elimination of the screen-making step — a fixed-cost process in conventional printing that requires a separate screen for each color in the design — fundamentally changes the economic and creative parameters of fabric printing, making digital printing the method of choice for design-intensive applications, short-run and sample production, and products where image complexity, color range, or personalization are primary requirements.
